YOU'RE WELCOME

at grace church and st paul's barrow

Hello!

We're a gospel-centred church community in Barrow-in-Furness,

but made-up of people from across South Cumbria.

We aim to be a church where literally anyone can encounter God and where God changes lives.

We have recently merged with St Paul's Barrow and are looking forward to a new chapter together as one.

It's an exciting time to get involved!

we've merged!

Grace Church committed to merging together with St Paul's Barrow in September 2020. We now meet together every Sunday at 10am at St Paul's.

We try and make everything we do welcoming, family-friendly, and especially easy to follow if you've never been to church before.

"whether you're

a sceptic, just looking,

or a believer,

you're really welcome."

"Since Grace Church began in October 2017, it's been an adventure - and we'd love you to be involved.

Maybe you're thinking about going back to church?

Maybe you've recently moved to South Cumbria?

Maybe you've got big questions and would love to explore some answers?

Whoever you are, whatever your storyyou're welcome at Grace Church & St Paul's. We hope you'll find our Sunday 10am gathering relaxed, friendly, and suitable for all ages."

Robin Ham,
(Pioneer Minister, St Paul's & Grace Church Barrow)

“We believe Christianity isn't good advice. It's better than that. It's good news.”

We're part of the Carlisle Diocese in the Church of England and have an ordained Anglican minister who helps lead Grace Church Barrow, although we are made-up of people from all church denominations and none!

We're connected to other churches in Barrow through the Barrow Mission Community, a local network, and we support the outreach work of Believe in Barrow.

Grace Church has also been part of the North-West Partnership, a regional group of churches from different denominations who are united by a desire to help each other as we share the good news of Jesus. A number of these churches have particularly supported us in our first year.
